AhlulBayt News Agency: Deputy Director of the al-Quds Islamic Waqf Council, Sheikh Najeh Bakirat, has stressed that the escalating Israeli raids into the Al-Aqsa Mosque will not weaken the Palestinian people’s determination to defend their holy site.
In a press statement on Saturday, Bakirat said that the Palestinian people have been confronting Israeli violations against their sanctities and will continue confronting them.
He said that Israel is still trying to change the Palestinian identity and the status quo of the Mosque as part of its Judaization plans against al-Quds.
Bakirat stressed that protecting the Al-Aqsa Mosque is the responsibility of all the Arab and Muslim nations.
Meanwhile, calls have been renewed on Palestinian people to mobilize at the Al-Aqsa Mosque to confront the new Israeli plan to divide the Mosque.
